Job descriptionRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies. Inspect machined components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address any defects or deviations promptly. Maintain accurate records of machining processes and quality checks. Analyze machining processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Work closely with other machinists, engineers, and production staff to meet project goals and deadlines. Assist in training new team members on CNC machining techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including mills and lathes. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Experience in composite machining is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

CNC Machining and Programming :
- Program and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce high-quality components.
- Set up and calibrate CNC equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
