Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join their dynamic legal team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, with a passion for handling complex and high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities :

Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

Take and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and opposing parties.

Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.

Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

4+ years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in commercial, civil litigation, or construction defect.

Plaintiff experience is a plus.

Compensation :

Salary Range : $110,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience).
