The RN must be knowledgeable about the principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, their family members / significant others, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care. The RN will also direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to standards of nursing practice, administrative, and departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans. Implement nursing interventions as directed by the physician. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care. Direct nursing support staff to ensure proper delivery of patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) 1 Year experience in the area of clinical specialty (Preferred) PA Registered Nurse License (RN-LIC) (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support (Required) Schedule This position offers a 12-hour AM shift schedule.
