Job Description
RH is seeking a Vice President, Brand Creative & Interior Design to define and elevate how the RH aesthetic and ethos come to life across our galleries. This role will fuse the worlds of interior design, architecture, and visual storytelling to shape immersive environments that transcend retail and define luxury. The ideal candidate lives and breathes design, leading creatively while inspiring teams and setting standards for design within the world of RH.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and continually evolve the RH aesthetic
- Lead creative direction for the brand's physical and visual environments -from conception to execution
- Create conceptual design narratives that fuse art, architecture, and interior design
- Curate and integrate art and antiques from both external sources and our internal catalog
- Set global design and presentation standards that define RH's aesthetic
- Inspire, mentor, and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation, imagination, and design mastery.
- Collaborate with senior creative, hospitality, sourcebook and architecture leaders to align vision, elevate execution, and ensure the creative integrity of every experience.
- Serve as a creative catalyst and design ambassador, continuously exploring new ideas, influences, and expressions that advance RH's aesthetic evolution.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in interior design, creative direction, visual presentation, luxury hospitality, or brand environments.Proven experience leading conceptual design and creative direction for large-scale, multi-location environmentsDeep appreciation for art, architecture, and designExceptional communication and presentation skills - able to articulate and champion creative ideas that influence across disciplinesA visionary and conceptual thinker who attracts, develops, and inspires exceptional creative talent through passion, taste, and leadershipPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent travel to RH Galleries, hospitality locations, and vendor sites.Presence during installations, openings, and major design reviews, including evenings and weekends as neededFrequent standing and moving through large gallery spaces for extended periods; occasionally lifting of up to 25 lbs, following safety guidelinesAbout Us
