Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain after hire Prior paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred High energy, playful, creative, and adaptable Reliable - someone the client and their family can depend on Physical ability to get up and down frequently and move quickly Comfortable with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care Interest in using evidence-based methods based on proven success At ABS Kids, we are inspired by the impactful moments that define our purpose. Benefits and Compensation :
- $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
- Earn an additional $2.00 / hour (premium pay) for hours worked in home settings starting at 3 pm
- Increased pay with RBT certification
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
