Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting, serving students primarily in grades 3 and 4. This contract opportunity is located in Shepherdsville, KY, with an immediate start and an expected duration of approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Work Schedule & Hours :

33.75 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 7 : 45 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

Deliver individualized speech therapy services to approximately 45 to 50 students in grades 3 and 4

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions focused on student communication needs

Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success

Participate in meetings as required to discuss student progress and service planning

Qualifications :

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Experience working with school-aged children, preferably grades 3-4

Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility to begin ASAP and cover leave for 4-6 weeks
