We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department (ED) Coord Flow / Throughput for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The RN Coordinator ED Flow / Throughput ensures high quality, patient-centered care by  facilitating the throughput of  patients within the Emergency Department to provide optimum efficiency of department resources and timely management of patient care. The RN Coordinator evaluates staffing matrix and patient volume patterns to identify optimal staffing schedules. The RN Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
