Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments. The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications : 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
