Ultra Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Cumberland, KY area . • THIS POSITION WILL SERVE MORE THAN ONE FACILITY IN THE CUMBERLAND, KY AREA

What Youll Do : Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose conditions, and manage medicationsProvide crisis intervention and monitor treatment effectivenessCollaborate with facility leadership, attending physicians, and nursing staff to ensure excellent patient careCommunicate with families regarding changes in status or treatment recommendations

Minimum Qualications : Active Kentucky NP license PMHNP certification DEA license Experience working with older adults (SNF or geriatric psych preferred)Strong communication and time management skills

Bonus Points For : Background in internal medicine, cardiology, or gerontologyPrior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
