Compensation :
$125,500 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.Utilize Keller Williams' proven systems to generate and nurture leads, maximizing your potential for success.Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.Leverage cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Qualifications :
No prior experience required; training provided.Real Estate License or in the process.Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.Self-starter with a positive attitude.About Company
