Job Overview

TCL Electrical and Lighting is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This role will involve installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems for commercial projects. The ideal candidate has at least five years of commercial electrical experience, is highly motivated, and values working safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Install conduit ranging from ' EMT to 6' RMC.
  • Perform commercial electrical installations and maintenance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate lifts, ladders, and other job-related equipment.
  • Prioritize tasks and complete projects according to schedule.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support the team on occasional nights, weekends, or overtime work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical install / maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and reliable with excellent time management.
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects.
  • Proficient with lifts, ladders, and other construction equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL Class B with air brakes a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and personal hand tools.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
