What does a Motion Graphic Production Team Lead do at Hogarth?

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Production Lead who will oversee a team of animation production artists responsible for the creation and production of animation and video assets for product launches and updates. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, animation and technical design, After Effects, Photoshop, 3D software, web or HTML production, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the motion graphic production and post?production of animations using internal proprietary processes and tools as well as industry standard methods
• Direct and inform animation expertise on projects in both creative and technical execution
• Work directly with designers, developers and producers to prototype creative direction of a given layout
• Estimate timelines, foresee and communicate any possible obstacles along the way
• Lead a team of motion graphic production artists, ensuring they have the information and assets they need to meet clients quality standards and timelines
• Structure After Effects and production comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows
• Coordinate with producers, traffic, design, development, content management, and international teams to meet project goals and ensure efficient file handoffs for localization
• Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring animations and video assets look and perform flawlessly
• Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, file formatting, and technical improvements
• Write, update, and deliver training materials for existing and flexible resources
• Maintain a work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates the highest calibre of motion graphic production professionals

Requirements

Pay Range : $65 $83 per hour.
