The Certified Surgical Technician First Assistant plays a critical role in supporting surgical teams by providing expert assistance during operative procedures. Minimum Qualifications :

• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Assisting Program
• Certification as a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) through the NBSTSA
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and sterile techniques.
