  • Patient Service Representative - Healthcare Call Center
  • Las Vegas, NV | 89113
  • Mon-Fri, 7 AM-7 PM | 40 hrs / week

    • Role Overview
    • Serve as the first point of contact for patients in a fast-paced call center. Handle 70-75 inbound calls daily, assisting with scheduling, billing, and care coordination. Document in EMR and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth service.
    • Requirements
    • 1+ year recent call center experience
    • 6+ months of healthcare / medical experience
    • Strong communication & Microsoft Office skills
    • Preferred
    • Experience in hospital / medical office
    • Problem-solving & multitasking in high-volume environments

    • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
