Tax Depot, LLC, a friendly and established tax preparation firm located in South Tulsa, is looking for an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team during the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals.

Conduct client interviews to gather detailed tax information.

Analyze financial records to identify potential deductions and credits.

Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the tax preparation process.

Ensure all returns comply with IRS and state regulations.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing in-person tax preparation services.

Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in computer skills and tax preparation software (Drake Tax software experience a plus).

Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :
