Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist!

Pay is $20-$25 per hour / 30-40 hours per week

Position involves all AP functions including :

• Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs
• Tracking of all POs
• Completing vendor credit applications as needed
• Three way matching of invoices for payment
• Maintenance of W-9s, 1099s and COIs for Vendors
• ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed
