E-commerce Sales & Product Manager
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-commerce Sales & Product Manager to oversee our Off-Price accounts and select grocery + retail ecommerce accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities to accelerate growth in our hair accessories product line.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Growth & Account Management : Lead and manage relationships with Grocery, Pharmacy distributors, and Off-Price retailers, ensuring a seamless experience that drives both revenue and long-term partnerships. Proactively identify and seize new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Client Satisfaction & Retention : Develop strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and increase repeat business.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting thorough research on consumer needs, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Collaborate with internal teams to gather input on product features, functionality, and technology requirements. Create and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with sales goals, ensuring a continuous flow of new and innovative products.
