DevOps Engineer

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software releases

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible

Monitor application and infrastructure performance, implementing alerting systems and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

5 years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted for 8 years of experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
