Staff Accountant – Help Shape Financial Success at TETER (Fresno, CA)

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? TETER is seeking a proactive and organized Staff Accountant to support our Finance and Accounting Team in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that drives operational success. This position is based in our Fresno office .

What You'll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our operations. You will :

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, including cash, AR, AP, and credit cards
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including client collections and vendor payments
• Prepare financial statements, support audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings
• Supervise the Accounting Assistant and oversee AP entry and supply orders
• Leverage ERP systems to improve financial insight and reporting
