Location : Scott AFB, IL (Onsite)

Hours : Weekend Shift 5 (8A) Saturday and Sunday 7PM-7 : 30AM AND Thursday & Friday 11 : 00PM-7 : 30AM

We are seeking a mission-focused and technically capable Mid-Level Network Administrator to support a Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity program. In this role, you'll assist with managing and securing network infrastructure in a classified, high-assurance environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with network hardware, strong troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative mindset, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Job Description

Perform daily administration and maintenance of LAN / WAN infrastructure, including Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls

• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity issues promptly
• Support implementation of network security configurations and policies in alignment with DoD cybersecurity frameworks
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and support remediation efforts using tools such as ACAS
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and contribute to Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configuration baselines, and asset inventories
• Assist in incident response activities by collecting and analyzing network data
• Work closely with senior network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and systems teams on RMF-aligned initiatives
• Participate in formal change management processes for planned network updates and implementations

At Foxhole Technology, we are committed to pay transparency as required by law, for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $59,000-$67,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors as permitted by law.
