Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will make an impact by showing your experience on Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Scrum with a focus on CX-Scrum Master. As well experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. You will be a valued member of the Engineering & Cloud Solutions team and work collaboratively with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions.
In this role, you will :
Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the execution of Agile methodologies fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately.
Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Work model : Hybrid.

What you need to have to be considered :
8+ years of overall experience.
Possess strong expertise in Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum practices and principles.
Have experience as a CX-Scrum Master enhancing customer experience.
Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.

Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP).

Salary and compensation : The annual salary for this position will be between $81,337 to $141,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
