Salesforce Architect with Territory Management

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills The candidate in this position, 1. Should be Salesforce Certified Sales / Service Cloud consultant. 2. Should be able to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce architectures, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing technical design, ensuring seamless integrations, and providing expert guidance on best practices for territory-based sales processes. 3. Should be able to understand and document business requirements related to user access and permissions within Salesforce, translating these into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, and ensuring the solution aligns with RBAC principles 4. Should have worked on Salesforce Territory management engagements. 5. Should be able to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance frameworks for Salesforce implementations, ensuring solutions are built for the long term and can scale with business growth. 6. Should be able to Learn Continuously staying updated on the latest Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect for complex Salesforce projects. And having Salesforce Certified Sales / Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Should be able to understand and document business requirements related to user access and permissions within Salesforce, translating these into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, and ensuring the solution aligns with RBAC principles.
  • Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customisation (both Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Territory Management to map territories, classify sales reps, and manage accounts and opportunities to provide executives with better business insights.
  • Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively

Salary Range : $120,000-$160,000 a year
