Lead Superintendent Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project plans
- Create and maintain project schedules, including coordinating and monitoring the progress of work
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members, to ensure effective project delivery
Lead Superintendent Essential Job Functions :
Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as neededReview and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of workIdentify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely mannerManage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and coordinating paymentsPrepare and submit regular progress reports to project stakeholders, providing updates on key milestones, challenges, and successesLead Superintendent Skills :
Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management or superintendent roleStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practicesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suiteOur client company offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
