Construction Manager – Water / Wastewater

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager – Water / Wastewater position include :

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or water / wastewater construction
• Lead all phases of construction including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety
• Oversee project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Must be able to manage project budgets of $10M+ and handle project sizes of $5M–$20M
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain before starting
• Experience with Jonas Premiere or comparable project management / scheduling software
• Travel 25–40% to job sites across Florida and the Caribbean
• Strong technical knowledge of piping, concrete work, and mechanical systems

Salary : $125,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
