Set and achieve new business goals.Utilizing our Sales Tools, identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline.Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met.Working in conjunction with internal teams, identify cross sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources.Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals.Stay current on license and education requirements.Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends.Travel as needed.What's in it For You?

We invest in you! The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$75,000 per year. College degree OR 1-3 years of equivalent B2B sales experience.Must hold or be willing to obtain appropriate and valid insurance licenses.Must possess valid US driver's license.Proven experience successfully holding a role requiring action orientation and accountability.Perseverance and resiliency with a competitive nature.Open to coaching and continuous improvement.Strong communication (written and oral) skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and customer service.Candidates will be expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations / licenses.Grow, with Us
