Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the brand and ensure customers receive quality products and services
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required
Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
