Staff Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer, Pathfinder.

Key Responsibilities

Lead space vehicle technical efforts for pathfinder projects and coordinate across disciplines for technology integration

Develop requirements and verification approaches while collaborating on trade studies and feasibility analyses

Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and support proposal efforts with systems-level inputs

Required Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related discipline; graduate degree preferred

10+ years of experience in space systems development, focusing on early-stage R&D or advanced concepts

Experience leading cross-functional technical teams from concept through prototype integration

Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and technical review processes preferred

U.S. citizenship or lawful U.S. permanent residency required due to export regulations
