Location : A lovely community in northeastern North Carolina, and only about 1 hour south of Norfolk, VA. The Outer Banks, Raleigh and even Washington DC are all within very reasonable driving distances1 hour from Tidewater Virginia and offers a moderate cost of living. For those who enjoy hunting and fishing, an abundance of wild game and numerous waterways including the Chowan River provide the necessary game throughout the year.

Facility : Hospital founded in 1948 is a 124-bed JCAHO accredited facility in a thriving community in North Carolinas coastal plain.

Opportunity : Anesthesiologist

• Permanent full-time position
• 2 week on / 2 week off schedule including nights and weekends (Part time one week on schedule is also available)
• General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB / GYN cases
• Procedures will include general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals

Compensation : Competitive rate with weekly pay plus malpractice.
