Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipPerform Video MPI using XtimeTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs for Customer Pay, Internal and Warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityPrevious experience at an automotive dealershipYears of experience vary per positionMechanical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer competenciesEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving record
