Inside Sales Representative

Location : FULLY ONSITE - Broken Arrow, OK

Compensation : $55,000-60,000 per year

Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO

Job Description

Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships, prospecting new business, and cross-selling and up-selling products. This role requires solid product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect new customers and manage assigned sales leads
  • Achieve sales targets by expanding product sales with existing accounts
  • Support Outside Sales to grow business within designated territories
  • Build relationships with key contacts and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and training as needed

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business or Marketing preferred)
  • 13 years of sales experience
