Business Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer II / III.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operations and citizen developer teams to understand processes and data dependencies

Lead project scoping and prioritization to maximize business value and resource efficiency

Translate business needs into analytical questions and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations, with exposure to field, production, or data management workflows

Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL and tools like Databricks and Power BI

Ability to connect disparate datasets and identify performance improvement opportunities

Experience bridging business and technical teams while maintaining structure and compliance

Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies and approaches
