Retail Data Specialist - Fixture Coordinator

3-month contract with likelihood of extension and / or conversion

Full-Time - 40 hours / week M-F

Brentwood, TN – Hybrid - On-site 2-3 days / week

Overview :

This position will be responsible for tracking and reporting all store, layout, and fixture data that is being relayed from retail locations and / or third-party vendors via ServiceNow tickets for large store remodels or new store projects. This position will be specifically working with individuals to gather important data from stores and input it into internal systems so layout data can be maintained. They will be trained on operational workflows within document processing, data entry, and partnering with operational areas to answer store data related questions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience
• 1-3+ years professional experience working in excel
• Intermediate / advanced excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables, etc)
• 1-3+ years of in-store retail experience
• Working knowledge of gondolas, fixtures, uprights, store layouts, and / or base brackets
• Plus : Intermediate knowledge of SAP Ariba or other purchasing systems
• Plus : Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
• Ability to work with data and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, self-starting mentality, and a positive attitude
