About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction / Integration Project Manager to drive wireless / telecom construction and integration initiatives across the Dallas market. This role requires a strong command of field construction activities, vendor oversight, budget management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle construction and integration projects for wireless / telecom infrastructure.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, material planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure site readiness, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site issues with speed and accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance during construction, installation, and integration phases.
- Maintain all necessary documentation including permits, reports, redlines, photos, and project closeout packages.
- Deliver consistent status updates and reporting to leadership and project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction or Integration Project Manager , preferably in telecom or wireless environments.Strong understanding of construction workflows, integration activities, and project management processes.Demonstrated experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and market resources.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.Must be willing to travel locally within the Dallas market.Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification or formal project management training.Hands-on experience supporting 4G / 5G wireless network deployments.What you didn't know about us :
