Patient Care Coordinator – Onsite (Seattle, WA)

Pay : $23–$28 / hour

Contract : 3 months with potential for permanent hire

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (30-min lunch)

Location : Onsite in Seattle (Madison Center)

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization in Seattle. This role serves as the central check-in representative for the 7th floor and will support multiple specialty departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology .

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients upon arrival
• Verify insurance and update patient demographics in the system
• Collect copays and ensure accurate payment processing
• Answer patient questions and provide front-desk support
• Communicate with back-office clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
• Utilize systems such as EPIC , Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
