Multifamily Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for a Multifamily Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment and integration of solutions within the multifamily customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and Sales Managers to define and execute implementation strategies tailored to customer requirements

Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring successful adoption of the platform

Work with customers' technical teams to integrate solutions, optimize performance, and address technical challenges

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in implementation management, preferably in the multifamily or real estate tech industry

Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders

Solid understanding of technical infrastructure and system integration

Strong proficiency in using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Asana

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to cross-functional teams
