Activities Attendant

Elders Inn is looking for an Activities Attendant

The Activities Attendant leads (and encourages participation in) activities for frail elderly that promote the seven dimensions of wellness (physical spiritual emotional vocational physical intellectual and social).

The Activities Attendant acts as a key contact for residents and their families making sure everyone is introduced to the buildings amenities acting as a point of reference for those who need assistance or information and assists with meal services.

The current opening is part-time working 3 days a week (Thursday Friday and Saturday).

Hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Pay is $21.50per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Leading resident activities
• Assisting with special events
• Creating and maintaining proper signage for activities and events
• Visiting with residents and encouraging participationin a variety of activities
