Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as an Assembly / Production Technician. This position is responsible for assembling, fabricating, and finishing components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities :

Assemble and fit parts or components based on blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment for fabrication and modification

Perform light welding, soldering, and finishing tasks as needed

Conduct basic inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Package finished products and prepare them for shipment

Maintain proper organization of materials and supplies within the warehouse

Support general production and maintenance of work areas to ensure efficiency and safety

Qualifications :

Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar manufacturing role preferred

Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and measurement instruments

Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly processes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
