Baptist MD Anderson is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) as a Nurse Navigator on our Stem Cell Transplant (SCT) Team at the Baptist MD Anderson Clinic located in Jacksonville, FL. This Registered Nurse will work a 40 hour per week schedule with a shift of Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. This Stem Cell Transplant (SCT) Navigator will provide coordination of services, patient education and support to patients with a diagnosis of cancer and undergoing stem cell transplant or cellular therapy. The SCT Navigator will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of patient care including, education, multidisciplinary referrals, data tracking, diagnostics, determining protocol eligibility, treatment orders, consents, and other essential activities. They will utilize their nursing expertise to provide resources to facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality care throughout all of the cancer continuum.
