Role Overview

As a Process Engineer , you will drive improvements in production processes, implement new systems, and lead projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and quality. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, facilities, and supply management, to ensure optimal performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, sequences, and processes.
• Observe and optimize production operations to improve productivity and quality.
• Design, install, and commission new production tools and processes.
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation.
• Train production staff on new or updated processes.
• Analyze issues using 8D, 5 Whys, and other root cause tools.
• Collect and interpret production data to drive improvements.
• Lead assigned projects from start to finish, collaborating with engineers and technicians.
• Ensure safety compliance and train operators on safe practices.
