Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD)
  • Clinical Nutrition experience
  • Proficiency with Cerner EHR system

    • Skills & Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and provide counseling to patients.
  • Determine and calculate individualized nutrition requirements.
  • Perform nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations for nutrition support.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address malnutrition and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Support wound healing, manage disease-related symptoms, and contribute to chronic and acute disease management.
  • Participate in community-based nutrition programs.
