Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning to go-live-focusing on SAP S / 4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead SAP and S / 4HANA project delivery (timelines, resources, budgets)

Collaborate with clients to align project outcomes with business goals

Manage and mentor cross-functional SAP project teams

Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery following best practices

Mitigate risks and handle project changes proactively

Drive efficiency and innovation in SAP solution delivery

Preferred Skills :

Deep knowledge of SAP and S / 4HANA solutions

Experience with Ariba and IBP is a plus

Strong project management and leadership capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of end-to-end SAP implementation success

Notes :

Look for 15-20 years (MAX) experience candidates

Should have delivered 2-3 complex / large projects

Should have experience working with offshore teams
