Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to spearhead modernization of our entity resolution capabilities for the creation of corporate knowledge graphs. You will own the AI / ML strategy, partnering with Engineering to determine the path forward (LLMs, traditional ML, or a hybrid approach) and build the business case for this new vision.

Responsibilities

AI / ML Technology Strategy :

Own the end-to-end research, strategy, and selection of AI / ML methodologies for entity resolution, from LLMs to traditional ML and beyond.

Business Case & ROI Ownership :

Author compelling business cases and investment theses for the AI / ML strategy; define, track, and be accountable for KPIs and ROI of the entity resolution engine.

Strategic Roadmap Development :

Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing model research, feature enhancements, and strategic bets; ensure alignment with objectives and customer needs.

Customer-Centric Problem Solving :

Engage with customers and internal SMEs to translate data challenges into clear product requirements.

Collaborative Execution :

Work with Data Engineering and Data Science to translate strategy into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Go-to-Market Leadership :

Support GTM strategy for new data capabilities with Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Solutions teams.

SME & Rules as Input :

Leverage SMEs and existing business logic as inputs, training data, and validation mechanisms to keep the system explainable and trustworthy.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience :

5-7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling data-intensive products in a B2B environment.

Proven experience leading AI / ML-powered systems; deep understanding of trade-offs between AI / ML approaches (e.g., LLMs vs. traditional ML).

Experience developing product strategy from the ground up, with compelling business cases and measurable ROI.

Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear, actionable requirements and a prioritized roadmap for engineering teams.

Technical fluency and experience partnering with Data Engineering / Data Science on complex products; comfort discussing model performance, data pipelines, and architectural trade-offs.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across the organization.

Experience working with large-scale knowledge graphs.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Direct experience in Entity Resolution (ER) with understanding of blocking, matching, clustering challenges.

Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data challenges related to counterparty risk, supply chain intelligence, or financial crime.

Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data analysis tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The target base salary is $185,000–$200,000 plus variable bonus and equity. Final offers depend on location, experience, and other factors.
