This is a leadership role for the Head of IT Technology and Applications. It’s a strategic executive position responsible for leading the development of technology roadmaps and optimization of the enterprise application portfolio, while driving the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap. The role bridges business units, product owners, and IT to ensure technology platforms and applications are aligned with business goals, future-ready, and infused with AI capabilities where appropriate. It champions innovation, minimizes duplication across systems, and guides the enterprise toward intelligent, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Base pay range

$203,000.00 / yr - $280,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Roadmap – lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation
• Enterprise Application Portfolio Optimization – oversee evaluation, rationalization, and optimization of the enterprise application portfolio to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve interoperability
• Stakeholder Collaboration – partner with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand needs, align strategies, and ensure successful implementation of technology and AI initiatives
• Innovation Leadership – stay on top of emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage
• Governance and Compliance – ensure technology and AI strategies adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
• Team Leadership – mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The base salary range is $203,000.00 to $280,000.00, determined by work location and other factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
