Ball Memorial Hospital with Indiana University Health is the leading healthcare provider in Muncie, Indiana. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist to join our team. As a part of our mission to provide excellent patient care, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art technology and a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preoperative assessments, including patient medical history review and risk evaluation.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare providers to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
• Work 26 weeks per year with a 2 week on / 2 week off schedule.
• Participate in a 1 : 4 call rotation.
• No OB or Plastics coverage required.
• Focus on 90% CV and cardiac cases, with a very small general footprint.
