A company is looking for a College Counselor to join their Partnerships Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide college counseling in both short-term and long-term engagements, adapting to each student's needs

Shift between individual counseling sessions and group webinars or workshops

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent experience for partners and students

Required Qualifications

Experience in college counseling or related fields

Ability to work with diverse families, both experienced and new to the admissions process

Demonstrated capability to support multiple constituents, including students and parents

Familiarity with the challenges faced by high school students and their families

Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
