$110,000 to $115,000 per year

About The Position

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while enjoying the balance and beauty of life in Klamath Falls, Oregon . We’re seeking a compassionate NP or PA to join a supportive team providing patient-focused geriatric care across Assisted Living and Post-Acute settings.

This is a low-stress, high-reward role with flexible hours, light daily caseloads, and the chance to truly know your patients . You’ll be working in a scenic, tight-knit community with access to Crater Lake, lakeside views, and mountain air . 🌄

✅ Active, unencumbered license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA)
