Summary of Position

As a Beverage Server at Water's Edge Banquet Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service to ensure the success of our events. You will play a key role in providing a memorable experience for our guests by offering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation and Service : Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Ensure that all beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Customer Service : Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stocking supplies as needed and ensuring accurate levels are maintained throughout the event.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing barware, disposing of waste, and keeping workstations tidy.
• Event Support : Collaborate with event staff to set up and break down bar stations, and provide support as needed to ensure smooth event operations.
• Compliance : Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Ensure responsible serving practices at all times.
• Room and Event Cleanup : Participate in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including cleaning and organizing rooms, removing trash from tables, and ensuring that all areas are left in excellent condition.
