Are you an experienced handy person? Are you able to perform maintenance activities in any or all of the following areas : electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, small equipment, and / or carpentry?

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform basic building repairs as assigned, with co-worker or independently.
  • Troubleshoot equipment errors.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs : belt & filter replacement, clean coils.
  • Repair leaky faucets and valves; open clogged drains.
  • Provide routine and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong Attention to Detail

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Valid driver's license
  • Efficient time management
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Thoroughness
  • Organizational skills
