We are seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Entry-level applicants start with a base salary of $30,000 and average at least $15,000 in commissions in their first year. Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $40,000 and top performers in our agency made $36,000 in additional commission last year. Hybrid remote opportunity available after training, 3 days in office per week, two days at home.

• Prospect & Generate Leads Identify potential clients through internet leads, networking, and referrals
• Engage & Educate Customers Build strong relationships, assess insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate & Close Sales Skillfully guide prospects through the sales process to convert leads into loyal customers
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service Provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
