ASR International Corporation has an available opportunity supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) as a Logistician. The Logistician will provide support and interface with the ASR contractor team supporting NSWCPD.
This entity is responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles.
This requirement is for NSWCPD Code 314, which is responsible for maintaining and updating Technical Manuals (TMs) for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) equipment onboard U.S.
Navy ships.
Code 314 is responsible for delivering Technical Manual support for all systems and equipment under NSWCPD delegated technical authority.
The effort encompasses assisting NSWCPD in providing Program Support, Tech Manual Development, Maintenance, and Management.

Job Description / Job Tasks & Responsibilities :
Provide Acquisition TM Program Support including performing technical and format compliance reviews of Technical Manuals as well as performing ship checks as requested by NSWCPD Code 314 to validate systems and equipment onboard Navy ships.Assist the Government in the development of logistics program status reports for delivery to sponsors.Program status reports include producing and maintaining monthly status updates per program.Prepare briefs and programmatic materials in support of quarterly Product Support Management Team (PSMT) meetings.Provide a weekly Ship Building Technical Manual Status Report and Change Login accordance with CDRLs Provide support in delivering lifecycle Tech Manual support and products for all systems and equipment under NSWCPD delegated technical authority.Assist NSWCPD in providing Tech Manual Development, Maintenance, and Management.Provide Acquisition TM Support, develop, update, and maintain TM, and respond to feedback.Efforts IAW Standard NAVSEA Integrated Publishing Process (SNIPP) and NAVLOGTD system, modifying hosted SGML / XML files as required, and utilization of compatible version of ArborText.Provide accurate TM Hull Applicability, develop Signal Flow Diagrams (SFDs), and provide support utilizing Advance Technical Information Support (ATIS).Provide support of Code 314 in delivering Lifecycle Tech Manuals.Support encompasses Continental United States (CONUS) locations.Provide support as part of a multifaceted ASR contractor team supporting both onsite USN government and at contractor site locations.Coordinates with ASR team, provider, customer, and user and continuous interfaces with the NSWCPD technical community (ISEA / Trainers / Engineers / OEMs / vendors).Represents NSWCPD Code 314 at various internal and external meetings in a professional manner.Position Qualifications / Requirements :
Security Clearance Requirements : Candidate will require Active DOD Secret Clearance.Must be a US Citizen.Education :
